Panasonic TX32LXD70 users, a couple of questions

Hi there,

Couple of questions about this set:

1: is the screen able to be tilted forward and/or backward so that if perhaps it was place on a cabinet slightly higher than preferrable, could it be pointed downwards slightly?

2: this screen has no backlight control. is that an issue? i plan to view the screen mainly in an unlit dark room anyway. is the screenlighting unform, any light patches?
