panasonic TX32LXD60A dead

Panasonic TX32LXD60A dead mains power is arriving at the Power PCB via the mains switch but the tv remains dead.There doesnt appear to be any faulty components on the power pcb.
Any help would be appreciated.

What voltage checks have you done on the power supply PCB?

Primary/secondary voltages?

none as yet as i am trying to obtain the circuit diagram.
