Panasonic TX32LXD500 owners - optimum settings

    Have the above panel and other equipment(see signature below) - what are the optimum settings re PQ. Any ideas?

    I have adjusted and played with all the setting on the TX32 and in all honesty have found that most of the preset settings are watchable but the auto setting I use the most. I do not think anyone can post the best settings as the environment the screen is placed has so much influence on this also its a personal preference thing. One thing for certain u have one of the best LCD's on the market. :thumbsup:

    Hi woodywizz, finally found your owners thread as mentioned in my "Excellent" thread :hiya:

    My Settings:

    Contrast: Auto, manually turned down a couple of notches
    Colour: Normal, manually turned down a notch
    Brightness: turned up a couple of notches
    P-NR: Off
    3D Filter: Off
    Sharpness: down a notch
    Sound: Treble and Bass up a few notches
    Ambient: On

    DVD :- Panasonic DMRES10 connected via SCART on AV4 and Component
    Picture Feed :- Normal coaxial Ariel that picks up digital channels
