I received delivery of a new Panasonic TX32DTX11 on Fri 29 July.

On Saturday night the TV intermittently started switching off then on again, six times in 2 hours altogether.

Also the screen looks dirty behind the anti glare screen.

I presume these problems are faults. Could anyone advise me on this before I contact the retailer.

    Thanks

The company that I brought the set from are taking the set away to sort out the software problem and a tube problem I have. All they told me was that some of the 28" and 32" panasonic tvs have a software problem with the freeview my 28" when I first got the tv it kept turning off and on. In the end I pulled the ariel out because I have cable and didn't mind not having freeview. Then a dot appeared on my tv screen and I called an engineer out. So I mentioned the switching off and on that the tv does when the ariel is connected thats when he mentioned a software problem with some of the 28" and 32" if you have a problem like this get in touch with the company you brought the set from and they should sort it out.
