Panasonic TX-P50UT50B help???

Hi all,

Little help or advice on my Panasonic plasma please? Had our tv for about 3 months now and noticed what I think is a problem with it?
It happens when I watch tv and light pictures eg faces and the person is pale in colour and if moves to quick the face goes a green like colour? This is the only way I can describe it if this helps sorry?? Thought it was out cable box, but it happens on films on dongle my ps3 when watching film?
Wonder if settings can be changed or this is a fault in the tv?? Any advice please on this will be great?

wad told by Panasonic to put the P-NR on max and that should solve it, but it did not?

PN-R can not solve your problem.try IFC(Intelligent Frame Creation) on max.
