Panasonic TX-P50S21B stuck on permanent green light but nothing else

Novice Member

Ive read of similar issues with this exact model going back many years but hoping I can be steered in the right direction. Basically the tv when switched on at the set has the red standby light on, (the power double click sound can be heard from the power supply on the rear) then pressing tv and then power on the remote the red light on the tv is replaced with a green light which flashes 30 times then goes to a permanent green and there it rests ... no picture, no sound, no menu no nothing...
Ive tried all the threads Ive read about holding various buttons in various sequences for various times but to no avail. Ive removed the back for any obvious signs of the culprit but again nothing is obvious.
The tv is a 2010 model, light use for six years and in storage for the remaining six so not a hard life by any accounts.
I have read in one thread where the owner replaced four mosfets and appeared to fix the issue, others say the mother board, others the power board ... any help would be much appreciated.
