Question Panasonic TX-65CX410B fault, tips please

Novice Member
My TV died a week ago. I couldn't get it to come on, so I replaced the power supply. Since then, I've managed to get it to turn on, but the picture is dim, flashes with a ticking sound coming from the LG display board with weird vertical segments and a white line down one side. I have a video of this, but I'm trying to determine if it's worth throwing any more money at it. If the display is broken, that pretty much spells certain doom. Any one had any experience like this?

Besides replacing the power supply, I've reseated the ribbon cables.
