Had this TV for a couple of months now and been enjoying it with no issues. Latest software update 3.131 released today has caused the BBC HD channels (other than BBC Four and BBC News HD), ITV HD, Channel Four HD and Channel Five HD to disappear! Been receiving them with a strong signal before the update but now they've gone completely. Have tried retuning but with no luck. Anyone else got this issue?

Those channels, and Film4+1, are all part of a single multiplex broadcast on one frequency. Which frequency varies by your local transmitter so you may wish to look it up on a site like UKFreeTV.

Perhaps the update has removed the TV's ability to tune into that frequency for some reason.

Thanks for that info. I retuned again today and this time the channels have returned.

Maybe your local transmitter was having engineering works or similar, they are planning to start shifting the TV frequencies again next year to make more bandwidth available for 4G.
