    I bought my Dad one of the Panasonic boxes for his birthday, and set it up (very quickly) for him last night.

    Today he has called me to ask how to video from it.

    The way I connected the box was not linking it to the vieo at all - it is simply connected to his TV via the AV2 channel (with AV1 being his video).

    The Panasonic box has just one scart connector on the back as I recall, so is it possible to connect this box to a video recorder AND his AV2 channel on the TV at the same time?

    Would a scart-splitter box work if I were to connect as follows;

    PANASONIC -> SCART SPLITTER -> TV & VIDEO RECORDER

    Thanks for any advice.
