    Hi

Is the Panasonic TU-PT600B any good?

It would be much cheaper than getting loads of terminal boards, JS Converter etc.

I believe that it supports Component and RGB inputs, which is excellent, but it will also save me buying a Composite Terminal board for the VCR...Or is it still worth having a JS Converter in the setup (the expensive route)?

    Thanx

    Bye

Sooo.........I think I'll stick with the Converter, Component Board, and Composite/S-Video Board).

The screen comes tomorrow btw!! Can't wait!

One last thing. Does the JS Converter automatically switch between 4:3 and 16:9? and will I really see a big difference with this rather than the scart board, especially since I can't do any colour adjustment (so I hear) when using the JS?

Ok, so maybe that was more than 'one last thing' but anyway....

    THANKS YOU GUYS!!!

    cya

try a search, the fact that the JS doesnt auto aspect switch and that you dont get colour control (because you dont need it) has been covered many times, also see posts by TeressaTT and lisag for "whether its that much better than the scart"
