Panasonic TU-DSB30 Mono output

    Came across this problem after buying a new TV for the bedroom.

    The Sky Channel on both the RF outputs from my Panasonic TU-DSB30 is in Mono whist BBC 1 BBC 2 etc are in stereo.

    I usually watch my main TV via Scart which gives a stereo output.

    Can somebody please explain this to me, thank you.

    BBC1 and BBC2 are broadcast in Nicam stereo terestrially. Your satellite box has no Nicam encoding (none of them do), so the output from it is in mono via the RF feed.
