Panasonic to debut 4K projector at CES 2014 - Inside CI

Panny to debut a 4k pj at CES 2014, I thought they were getting out of the pj market.:)

I imagine it will have to be at or lower than the Sony VW500 price level as Panny products don't tend to be as good image quality wise.

From Marketwatch.com ref: Panasonic at CES

"4K Events/ProjectorA prototype 4K-compatible projector will be on display. This prototype projector uses industry-first technology to shift pixels two-dimensionally in both horizontal and vertical directions, quadrupling the pixel density and projecting beautifully crisp 4K video signals offering solutions for events."

    Smells like e-shift to me!

Hmmm, the AE4000 was the last Panasonic that I liked. I'd be keen to see it though.

Yes, in prototype form. It was designed for the business presentation market etc, and was massive.
