Panasonic TH42PX60 and Alphason APX50/4

I'm new to post to this forum so I'm hoping someone will be able to help...

I've got a Panasonic TH42PX60B and I'm thinking of getting the Alphason Apex APX50/4 stand for the telly, has anyone got this setup already? or would there be any reason for this not to work?

Take a look at this page http://go-electrical.co.uk/view/area/Catalog/section/Details/for/ProductOption/ref/815?rrrrt=6&gclid=CJKi4q-TqI4CFSgQFQod1EPtZQ They seem to suggest that it is not suitable for Panasonic plasma screens. Shame though, it looks great.
