    Hi All,

Can I have some help please, in coming to a decision between these models

    1) Panasonic LCD TX32LXD1
    2) Panasonic Plasma TH42PW7B
    3)LG Plasma RZ42PX11

I am very confused as they all are, more or less in the same price range, I have been to shops and compared the picture output too but still ....

When I was in the shop I found the Panasonic LCD was displaying better define edges and good red colour the picture was showing no noise.

However the Plasma where showing noise grainy pictures the red was bleeding too.

    Input was sky.

Now from what I saw I would say LCD is for me ,but still better to have a second opinion particularly when the Buzz word is Plasma.

I be mostly watching NTL digital Cable and some Divx movies from computer connecting the TV, with TV out from my Graphic card which is Matrox Parhelia

I be very grateful for all your feedback and advice.
    Many Thanks

32" LCD is a TV (over RED picture is normal for shop display)
42PW7 is amonitor (plasma image cant bleed (only source can do this so crap source)
LG is a Cheap plasma TV Panny better PQ when set-up but more expensive package, i suggest you have a search as both plasma models have been discuused to death and the LCD is in a different ball park for everything except price
PW7 is under £2k so either you saw it over priced or the LCD was very cheap for a high street shop

    Thanks for the feedback.
I have gone for the Panasonic LCD .
I am no expert on the subject but from what i read so far here many people have bought the Plasma and are now having various types of issues with it and some are just finding it to hard to admit that they have made an expensive mistake.
Plasma just seem to be the BUZZ word to me,

    Best reagards

Just a quick note to say I have returned my Panasonic LCD (well spoken to shop for collection of it) within few hours of having it at home.
What a rubbish quality picture after spending £1500.00 no way m8. Even after turning down the brightness to Nil and backlight to nearly 0 the black never look black.
The skin tone where not natural either this is in direct compression to Sony CRT.
Well for anyone who may browse this forum in future please not DO NOT BUY LCD at present the picture is not as good as your CRT.
Please also note I am no expert on the subject and this is opinion only
    Many Thanks.
