Panasonic TH42PE50CAB + DMRES10 help!

I am thinking to buy the above package. It is advertised for 1552.90 in www.digitalempireonilne.co.uk.

What concerned me was that the same product was adertised in another website (www.digico.co.uk) which suspiciously looked very similiar to digitalempireonline.co.uk

Are these the same company? Does anyone has any experience of them?
Products are warantied for a year.

John lewis online shop sells the same T.V without the cabinet for 1769.00!

I would say they are the same people.
I know of another online retailer with 3 different fronts - bought from 2 of them no probs.
just got sony 510 from digico -ordered last sunday evening delivered tues 8am
no opinion on backup as not needed so far
