    The PX60:

    Can accept 1080p signals.
Has two rather than one HDMI sockets.
Has HDAVI control (auto-switching for HDMI gear also with HDAVI) - which overrides the horrendous input selection otherwise on Panasonic tv's.
    Has no red push.
Has slightly higher peak white levels.
Has a faster and less noisy DVB tuner.

    The PV500:

    Has much better sound quality.
Has a SD and PC Card slot.
Has a slightly less reflective glass front.
    Has a slight red push.
Has a more expensive look (arguably)...

    Definately! :D

Anyway, would still go PX60, and if your budget can strech PX600!
