After reading the forums extensively for about a week, i think i am ready for a plasma screen. I have decided on the aforementioned Panasonic TH37PW7B and I think I will set it up as follows. Could someone tell me if this is correct and point out any glaring errors/omissions I make. Here goes.

    Inputs:

    DVD Player
    Sky Digibox
    Xbox

    All output RGB.

Run to Scart Switcher such as the JS "Master SCART Controller" but I'm guessing one that can handle RGB from Argos will suffice. (not sure)

Run the scart from the switcher into the JS "RGB to Component (YUV) Video Converter".

Run the JS RGB to Component (YUV) Video Converter to a Panasonic TY42TM6ZC - Terminal Board. (How hard are these to install?)

And I'm hoping I will get a good quality picture, well better than my 24" widescreen CRT screen anyway.

Thanks For your time/help in this matter.

JS RGB>VGA converter might work better.... (Xbox and DVD can output component so perhaps XBOX and DVD (if it has component outputs) could be routed via component and Sky via RGB>VGA converter......
Can add this later and stick with RGB>VGA and scart switch for time being

Ok, so I'm gonna go with.

    Xbox
    DVD
    Sky > Qunitro Box

    Quintro Box>JS RGB-VGA converter

    JS converter>PW7

I think that should be ok shouldn't it?

    Thanks for you help :)
