I got a Panasonic TH37PW7 today from Richer Sounds for £1199.

I bought the scart board with it and have hooked up my Sky and Panny E30 DVD recorder with it. WOW! Even with an RGB output the picture is very impressive, even with Sky.

    I just have two questions.

Where is the best place to buy a component board (pref RCA but will buy BNC if I have to)?

What settings, brightness, contrast etc. should I use?

    Hope someone can help.

    Thanks

plasmaware.co.uk is the cheapest I've seen for component - it's BNC but you can get RCA>BNC adapters from Maplin for about 2 quid so no big deal.

£58+VAT but not sure if they're in stock so you'd have to check.

For the first 200 hours avoid using the Dynamic mode and keep your settings no more than half way up. Mine are on 5-ish in Normal mode.
