Panasonic TH-42PH9 Professional Plasma Display with HDMI input board Immaculate

Panasonic Professional Plasma 42" Monitor with HDMI input board and wall mount. Charcoal Grey.

The monitor is in immaculate condition. I have owned it from new and it has been wall mounted from the day of purchase. I will upload pictures tonight. I no longer have the original packaging, so collection only.

Please note this is a professional plasma display designed for use in trade exhibitions.
It has no tuner or speakers. It does come with remote control, the HDMI modular input board and a wall mount. I used it as the centre piece of my home cinema system.

It's ideal for use as a display with an AV amplifier and taking input from your Sky/Virgin/Freesat box.

For full details on the specification follow the below link.

    Hi,

Sorry, not been able to log onto the forum recently as Dad was taken into hospital and have been focused on supporting him and my mum. Happily he's out of hospital and recovering well.

I've uploaded a few photo's. I haven't been able to check the hours yet as I can't find the remote. I stored it away as I used my Harmony remote to control the screen. I'll have a hunt this afternoon, and post an update once I find it. Screen is in great condiftion, with no dead pixels.

I've found the remote but not sure how to tell how many hours the set has been switched on for. I can't see anything in the normal menus. Will have a Google and see what I can find.

Thanks for the offer Dean but £50 is too low. I've been offered £65 for the HDMI board alone.

    Cheers, Oogster

Good price for the board, they tend to go for around £40.00 on the forums. I did pick up a board a while ago for this price also picked up a ph9 for nothing about 3 weeks ago. These types of monitors are worth next to nothing and the boards tend to be worth more, i may come back and up my offer. Thanks Dean

Hold down -VOL on the screen and then press the Info/status 3x.

    PT is the panel time.

Also, as the panel ages you can adjust the Sub Contrast to get the panel driving harder again.

I know someone with 27,000 hours on their PHD8 now and still going strong.

    Thanks Gizlaroc.

I'll update this thread with the elapsed hours as soon as I get the opportunity.

Picture quality has always been stunning. I got caught up in the whole 4K picture thing, so decided
    to upgrade.
