ignore price runner. It is a very good plasma but you should buy from a reputable dealer not a box shifter for many many reasons the biggest being what happens if i am not happpy with the £2373.99 lump sat in my lounge??????
Have asearch for viera the range name also veira cant remeber how its spelt and neither can most of us....there is more info on that TV here than at Panasonic UK HQ
Also BOx shifters tend not to give you the free £500 floor stand or Free DVD recorder available from othe retailers. see http://www.av-sales.co.uk/plasma/html/panasonic_th-42pa30.html
£2943 inc luding delivery, Stand of your choice and DVD recorder of your choice....... Not bad eh

couldnt say its the best but im VERY happy with mine, mainly used for ntl progs and gives me an excellent pic on most channels,[very clean]none are really bad, very good for dvds as well, what more can i say, read the threads and make your own mind up, but go john lewis route if you can as the 5 yr warranty has made me feel very secure with such an expensive purchase. got mine for £2800 with floor stand [gorgeous] and dvd recorder.
    buy one !!!!!!!
