    Been offered one for £2.5k Ex demo, is this a good deal ? Anyone else recommend this plasma? Good points / bad?

    For 2.6K you could get the 42 inch panasonic model from richersounds or the 42 inch model second hand for 2.5K from richersounds.

    It depends who you are buying from as to weather the deal is good or bad - but i would be inclined to say thats a bad deal.

    The model is good though - although you may wish to wait a few months untill the series 6 32inch panasonic is released...

    .....the 37 complete with tuner is 2700 here
    panel only 2249 here
    I'm just finalising my price match with John Lewis inc 5yr warranty on their last stock in the warehouse.

    wiz, its the 5 series, i have a 42 RPTV at the mo and at times with the layout of our room its a bit too big, the 37 seems ideal. I know there is a new model around the corner but I am happy with what i have seen plus the tuner keeps everything wife/kids friendly.

    I would really want a 32" panasonic!
