Panasonic Technical say the problem is the power supply on my AE100

    OK got a response from AV-sales (very quick as usual) and the word they have got from Panasonic technical is that most likely the power supply has gone wrong on my AE100.

    Interesting to see what they say about the rest of this groups broken AE100's

    OK I dont fully understand this, so I might write it wrong.... but apparently the 'ballast' is not building up and so the lamp is not getting enough 'charge' to get going. Which is why it flashes on and off.

    Well actually I do understand it, I am just not sure how to write it :) and do not know the technical terms.

    Hope you understand my attempt at describing it!
