Question Panasonic TC-40CX680B or 700B ???

Hi,

I don`t care about the 3D aspect but am I right in thinking the 700B is slightly better (better features and refresh rate?

Or am I sacrificing picture quality in the 700B to get 3d functionality?

Hoping to buy tonight/tomorrow so any advice would be appreciated (Or if there`s a better 40" 4X TV for the same money or less!).
