Panasonic system questions - Divx & Audio

Are there any Panasonic home cinema systems which are Divx compatible? Also, what is the audio like when playing CDs? Is it feasable to replace my HiFi with a system like this?

Just typed in 'Panasonic Divx all-in-one' in google and this was the first one to pop up, seems there's a couple more too.
