Panasonic soundbar

Hi , having trouble with my htb90” soundbar, i cant connect to t v (arc) as its being used by my netflix bix. Iv got hdmi 1&2 but it eknt work in either port, no sound, any ideas ghanks???

Either move whatever it is on the Arc socket and use that or use an optical cable. Sure the manual will help.

cant move it , its the netflix box. I dont have the optical cable.

Actu it was working just fine, we moved house& i didnt unconnect any cables from the television, theres only one power lead& one hdmi lead from the soundbar, i don’t understand it😱
