Phoned local Panny shop today and they confirm the following offer on the TH-50pz81......basically £1600 for the following...
The TV
The floor cabinet (probably flog that on ebay)
and either of the following FOC
Panasonic BD35 Blueray Player
Panasonic TZ5 Digi Cam
Panasonic DMRX 768 or something HDD/DVD Recorder
Figuring we'd sell the FOC item and the cabinet on ebay, I might well actually get the actual value of the TV down to the best deal I've got so far on Empire Direct which includes 3 year warranty and delivery for about £1310. Panasonic still doing the 5 year warranty.
Does this sound like a good deal???
