Panasonic screen saver

    Anyone got any advice on how often to run the scrolling white bar 'screen saver'...? What do you do?

    Once a week/month... how long for?

    I don't leave static images - my viewing is all general TV or movie...

    i put mine on everynight for about 5 mins
    i do it out of habit now dont know if its actually helping but it makes me sleep better knowing i have given the screen even
    use.

    Paranoia = every night I remember for 2-3 mins

    i am new to all this i have a NEC 42 plasma. could someone pl explain the how to do a screen saver
    my unit is NEC pd 42 with bose homecinema [10 cubes] i use this for dvd's and watching tv.
