Panasonic SA-PT860 speaker connector

Hello,

I've just bought a Pansonic SC--PT860 and it appears to use sone non-standard connectors on the main unit (SA-PT560) to connect the speakers.

It appears to a rectangular plug containing 2 crimp connections (colour-coded for the different speakers). I'm not worried about the different colours, but I'd like to get some more so I can make sone new/longer speaker cables.

I've searched this forum and the Internet, but can't find any trace, and it doesn't look like I could just take the existinf connections to bits and re-use them.

Has anyone got any idea where I could find these connectors.

A few folks have asked this question and it appears they're on sale from US based ebay sellers. I'm not sure if these are the type of things you're looking for. Have you tried contacting Panasonic Support? You could extend the cables by joining on some new cable of the same thickness (solder and heatshrink for the best join).

I need to source a connector to replace one I've just broken on my SC-PT460 . I've tried a search on ebay to no avail. Do you recall the search criteria, or know any other suppliers?

I own a Panasonic SC PT860 and need longer cables for my rear speakers. It appears that there has been some exchanging of posts on this point but it is not apparent if the people that asked the question managed to find a solution. I'd be grateful if I could be pointed in the right direction in this respect.
