    Hi,

Im new here, been looking on the site since i made the awful mistake of buying a Hyundai 42" plasma screen - the picture was just awful.

But now im willing to spend that bit more to get the picture quality i want.

I have noticed that Novatech have this special on the above tv.
    http://www.novatech.co.uk/novatech/specpage.html?PAN-PLA2
And ive been trying to search for the exact model number through the forum and it seems its an import? Im not very clued up on plasmas really, but would there be much difference if it was an import?

Also ive been reading about these boxes that make the picture quality from sources better than if i was just to plug it straight into tv.
If you could head me in direction of somewhere that i might get some help i would be grateful.

    Thanks in Advance

    Warren

the novatech link says "The Panasonic 42PWD6BX builds ....."
the "B" is the British model, all you need is included in their package
(apart from a tuner, but I expect you already have Sky or Freeview to plug in to it)

I assume he already plugs his existing Sky/freeview into a Tv with
a SCART cable, if not 99p at ASDA will soon sort that out.
What other cables did you have in mind?

and if we gonna be really pedantic, a few rawl plugs and screws may be needed too.
