Panasonic Plasma TH42PE50 Sound

Shortly to be moving to a new flat and have ordered a Panny 42".

I am on a limited budget so wondered what current owners think of the standard speakers sound (I mainly watch music videos/dialogue based DVD's).

Reason I ask is that I can afford a decent DVD player which means buying a cinema amp/speakers later. Or I can get a cheapish Cinema all-in-one system.

What should i do?

The sound on the plasma is fine if you haven't heard surround sound!

Surround sound completes the cinematic experience, and you should consider getting it in the future, it does make a great difference!
