Many apologies if this has already been covered - I'm totally new here! I have a Panasonic TH-42PW4BX Plasma Panel. As far as I can ascertain it has feature called Pixel Shift, which when activated will imperceptibly shift lit pixels slightly reducing the risk of screen-burn. When I contacted Panasonic I was told the control was located on a "hidden" engineers screen - and they would not release the information to me on how to access it. Does anyone know if this feature is activated as a factory preset when delivered. If not, does anybody know the correct sequence of buttons to push? Here's hoping.
