(My apologies if this has been covered before, but I searched in vain.)

The PD30 Picture Menu features three different settings (Normal, Dynamic, Cinema) so that the viewer can set up three different configurations of Contrast, Brightness, etc.

Does anyone know if the picture processing actually changes with these catagories, or are they just convenient names?

    Many thanks.

To answer my own question, after much experimentation, I've come to the conclusion that these are just names and might as well be 1,2 &3.

Unless of course, somebody knows different!
