Black Friday update, i am getting my new upgrade.delivered on the 11th December so a chance for someone to have this 65” Plasma. this is a great Plasma, however must warn weighs a ton. Happy for it to be demo as fixed to wall Anytime really. Will take down on the Saturday 11th in morning if someone seriously . it is 1080p full details in link. You will need two people to carry this! Also large car!
Panasonic VT30 (TX-P65VT30) 3D Plasma Review top of range at the time and highly rated. Still great picture quality. Only reason for change is thinking of going to an 85” tv and 4K having got rid of my projector so missing total oversized films. No idea of value so will take offers £300 plus a Black Friday discount of 50% now looking for £150 ( originally thought this would still get £500) I think makes this a steal however make me an offer? I will only give any cash to the kids.

if no takers before we get to the 11th it will then get donated to charity!

Having now had thumbs up from the Boss “her indoors who must be obeyed“ will be looking to order new TV at the end of this month so open to any reasonable offers on the Panasonic plasma, comes with 3D glasses and original remote plus a spare remote. As a reminder this is heavy and will take two people to lift and a large car to transport. I think I have the original pedestal stand in loft as well. Sorry photos of a TV don’t really do justice to how good a picture this has.

ok after internet search found out how to do, so it has 25028 hours use and has been powered on 8383 times. so means used average 3 hours a time. Suppose tv would be turned on and off more than once a day.

From Panasonic : LESS WASTE - VIERA Plasma TVs are designed to provide a panel life of up to 100,000 hours, giving you up to 35 years of great entertainment.

On this basis it is 25% through its expected life!! so display has just been run in for next owner!

picked this in through another bit of the forum. 100,000 hours @ 24hrs a day is 11.4 years, where are panasonic getting that from????? Typical panasonic  so if you watch 8 hours a day that gives you 34.2 years.

I also found this spec sheet on web. Panasonic TC-P65VT30 65" Class VIERA VT30 Series 1080p 3D Plasma TV. Here it claims 100,000 hours before panel loses it brightness.

No rush to sell my end , however deal on replacement I am considering lasts till 9th November so time is ok for now but will probably suspend from sale If not sold before. I may re-lst if new deal on replacement is as good on Black Friday. If not we will keep until in the new year and await the 2022 new models to be launched.

Do you have the stand?

Will you help load it at you end?

Thanks
I will double check in loft tonight, you will need two strong people plus me as it is on 1st floor. Is wall mounted at moment. Yes happy to assist with loading my end.

Yes I have the stand nicely stored behind all the Christmas decorations.just been up the loft. If you want the TV will get down for you, also have original remote and a new spare as well as several pairs of 3D glasses. Another picture, quality does not come through taking photos of a TV. It is in normal use each day. Really good picture be it Sky, Netflix or Prime That I feed to it. Great from a 1080p set.

I am interested and am only about 20 mins away, but I will struggle to get anyone to help transport in the next few weeks. Also not 100% sure it will fit in the car upright (just about got a 65” OLed in but this will be a bit taller).

Let me have a think, check the car situation etc.

Thanks

Ok no problem have a think, both myself and 19 year old son could probably help you load to car. As said no rush my end as sale is on potential replacement is until 9th November.

If you are still interested at £300 if you view, can assist the assist with carrying and deliver if only 20mins away, as can get use of a Grand Cherokee. Ideally would take down after the 15th November.

Thanks for the offer, but I have decided I want to stick with 4k even as a temp measure.

Good luck with the sale

New TV coming on 11th December, Anyone want this excellent Plasma for Xmas open to offers as cash to kids. It seems crazy that no one has snapped this up aleady. Whilst very heavy picture quality is great. I have stand so could really do someone a good number of years on use. I may also be able to drop off for someone for a few £ petrol if they don’t have a large enough car within 10 miles as I have a Jeep. Be warned you need two strong men to carry this. Quality bit of kit!!
