Panasonic hx940b ARC problems

Hey all.
I own a 65 inch Panasonic hx940b.
It has a great picture, but a very annoying problem. The ARC does not output any sound when I turn the TV on. It is not app specific. If I turn it off at the wall for a few seconds then next time it turns on the ARC works.

Is this a known issue? I've had the TV less than 3 months and am wondering about getting in contact with Panasonic.

Any help is much appreciated!
