Panasonic HTE 80 soundbase. ARC or bluetooth?

Got one of these on the way (needed a discreet boost to TV audio) and was wondering about the connections.
Should be able to connect to my GT60 via bluetooth but would this sound worse than ARC via HDMI?
Running out of HDMI slots so bluetooth would be great but have zero experience of sound via bt.
Is the connection usually stable?
Anyone got any experience with this board or a bluetooth sound bar?
