Panasonic G30 Update Stuck

I've been trying to update the software on my Panasonic G30 to the latest 1.220 version but it keeps getting stuck at 94%.

Has anyone else been having this problem and what might the cause be?

Has anyone else been having this problem and what might the cause be?

My software update was ok but as a starting point, I'd take the mains plug out (don't just switch the tv off) for 5 minutes then try it again.
