Panasonic EZ48 - copying and TV watching

Does anyone know if it's possible to watch TV (via the EZ48's Freeview tuner) while copying a DVD to a tape (or vice versa)?

I'm sure I read something about this in the manual but now can't find any mention of it ............. spooky. ;)
