Hi, Mr Lakshmanan, I live in Sydney Australia, ie the best city and country in the world, as long as socialism stays away. Of course we'll get the GZ2000. I'm pretty sure I'm gonna buy it, but it'll entail a long wait to ensure I get a good discount. I imagine the launch price will be AUD $8000 or more. Australian panasonic TVs are manufactured in Malaysia.
Given I'll have to wait upwards of 18 months, I might go for the FZ1000 instead, as it's very nicely priced atm. I already own the magnificent EZ1000 and, together with the FZ1000, I'll own two TVs of the year, a distinction which puts me in a class of my own in this great forum. So I have no complaints about getting the FZ1000, except that's it's not the GZ2000.
The GZ2000 will be the 2019 TV of the year, and not only that, it'll be the best TV ever made. This is more certain than 1+1=2. Also, the GZ2000 will be the nearest we can get to a genuine bespoke Panasonic TV. This excites me tremendously and represents the fulfillment of a dream. You'll have to fork out those shekels! I don't have a problem with that, but I don't want to pay more than I have to.
I can also guarantee The GZ2000 forum will have less pages than the EZ1000 forum. I'd strongly urge the mods not to make one giant GZ series thread, because in reality and in truth, a GZ2000 owner wouldn't want to be associated with lesser models.
