Panasonic ES15 Component Output

Hi Guys,
Just bought the above DVD Recorder for the occasional archiving of camcorder footage. I've tried to connect it to my Toshiba 37" LCD via component, but it doesn't produce a picture. If I use scart, I can get a picture, but want to use the component connection as it's there. I have set the recorder to output component, but it's not doing anything? Any suggestions?

Strange, but I tried my Denon 1920 via component instead of HDMI, and then rewired the Panasonic, and it works . Oh well, problem solved.
