    Hi Everybody,

I've had a panasonic E85 DVD/VHS recorder for a fair while now, but yesterday, I may have discovered a potential problem. I have the rolling stones forty licks box set, and when I put the first disk into the machine, it started to make a strange noise. I'd never heard it before, and it's hard to describe what it sounded like. It's kind of a rattling noise. The DVD plays fine though. The same thing happens on the other 3 disks. But on Friday, I played the first disk without a problem. No noise or anything. A day later, it starts up for some reason.

I tested some other DVD's I have, and the above problem doesn't happen again. It only happens on the disks contained in the box set. I'm confused as to why this is, and find it hard to believe that all 4 disks have a problem.

Any help would be great, thanks.

    Steven
