No commercial recorder will make copies of copyright material.

Has anybody got their hands on one of these bad boys for a play yet? Very keen to get my hands on one.

    Yep :)

Ordered from Paul Taylor (multiregion magic) wednesday night and received 8.20 am friday morning excellent service.

It was a replacement for a HS2 which i sold to a friend for a very good price ;)

The one thing i`m really impressed with is the MPEG4 encoder i have transfered some TV footage to SD card then converted it on my PC using windows media encoder then i can play it on my SPV phone !! Superb :D

How do you find the 100 compared to you old HS2?

To be honest other than the MPEG4 mentioned above i haven`t noticed a great deal of difference.

I changed because someone offered me a good price for the HS2 and also i have found myself running out of HD capacity on a couple of occasions so going up to 80Gb should hopefully mean that doesn`t happen again ;)

I suppose the only other improvement is the speed at which it powers up and switches over from HD to DVD disc and back which was very slow on the HS2

It was the 80Gb that interested me. Thanks for the info.
