Help I am using rw discs after I make recording in order to play back on another player it has to be finalized
Does this mean I cannot use the disc for recording again or can I reverse it
My philips recorder lets me take a rw disc from it and play in a denon or sony without finalizing
Also when I put a disc recorded in the philips in the pana.it will play it but I cannot get the menu of disc contents on the screen
    Hope someone can help thanks

You will be able to use the disk again by formatting the disk... which will erase all previous contents.

Re the menu issue... I assume this is a +RW disk you are referring to?
Panasonic machines are basically -R / -RW machines with +R / RW support bolted on. There are some differences in these formats which make things like this arise.

If you finalise the disc in the Philips it may work.
