Hi All - I've owned the Hard Disk Recorder for a few years and it's been working fine, but recently we keep getting a pop up asking us to accept new terms and conditions. You can't close it, only select "OK". It then seems to try and connect to the internet, but never gets anywhere, you end up looking at a blank screen. After about a minute you can press the program guide button and get back to normal.

I've checked that it does have an internet connection (wi-fi), so I can't understand what is going wrong.

    Anyone else had this issue?

I have a DMR-PWT350 with exactly the same problem. For an unrelated reason the recorder has been physically unplugged from the router (the recorder is ethernet connection only, no wifi) and when it was reconnected about a month ago, the first thing it did was to download firmware v1.39 (which must have been released some time it was unplugged). The recorder then upgraded itself and since then it can not connect to the internet and the pop-up described above keep popping up. Although if you go into the setup menus it reports as all network connections are working.

I've tried changing from static to DHCP assigned IP address & tried different DNS addresses, no change.

It still connects to the router as all DLNA function are still working.

Any ideas would be appreciated, thanks, jj.
