I've just reconnected all my AV gear after a bit of a spring clean of the equipment cabinet, and my Panasonic DMR-HS2 suddenly won't recognise any incoming signals. I've tried all the different inputs, s-video and composite, from sources which I know are working and with cables known to be OK, but though I can make recordings on the HDD (I haven't tried a DVD yet) and they show up on the menu screen, they're completely blank, with no video or audio.

Does anyone have any ideas? Is there some obscure setup switch somewhere that I've accidently turned off? The unit was disconnected from the mains for about three days - possibly long enough for stored settings to be lost.

I'm sure this is down to my own stupidity, but that doesn't help. It's driving me nuts...

    Thanks for any help.
