Hi
Last week i played a video cleaning tape through my Panasonic DMR-EZ49VEB recorder. When I play a re-recorded tape or any other type tape, I can't get a picture. I can hear the the sound, but no picture. The DVD side of the machine works fine. I would welcome any ideas or tips to solving getting the picture back.

Thanks

The video heads are probably worn or dirty.
Cleaning tapes are a waste of time and often just deposit oxide back onto the video head drum.
A gentle manual clean of the video head drum with a chamois leather and some Isopropyl Alcohol is the best solution.
