I am having difficulty in playing CD's or DVD's that contain photos. The photos have been taken with a digital camera and then transfered to a disc via Ulead photo express software.
When either disc is put in the recorder after a short while I get the following error messages, "Disc not recognised" or "Unsupported disc not compatible". I am not sure if it may be the file extension that may be causing the problem. Can anybody help :lease:

You need to copy the files onto a DVD-RAM. The E65 will not read them from DVD-R/-RW or CD-R/-RW.

Off the top of my head I can't remember what works and what doesn't for file structures - I think the machine is fairly tollerant but ensure all JPEGs are in a folder named "JPEG". If you run into trouble post here and we can work it through.
