Moving to an apartment where I can not have my sky dish placed on wall. Can I use my panasonic digibox as a freeview digibox using the aerial ? I have cancelled the sky subscrption. Can I carry on using the card or will I need a free view card if I can still use this box. Or do I have to get rid of it and just go out and purchase a freeview digi box ? thanks

Your digibox will not work without a dish. You will need a freeview box or an ex On Digital box to receive freeview channels through the aerial. I can offer you a Phillips On Digital box in exchange for your Panasonic digibox if this would be of any help to you.

A panasonic TSB31 digibox is a prized possession and is worth a lot more than a FREEVIEW box. A freeview box can be had brand new for £99 - £140. Look on EBAY and check out the price of your Pana and the small ads in local paper. U should be quids in.

    I suspect it's actually a Panasonic TU-DSB31.

If you advertise it for sale, at least make sure you copy this model number correctly.
