Hi I received a new remote control today(N2QAYB001078) when I tried to use it on my DVD player (Panasonic Blu-Ray Disc Recorder model DMR-BWT460) it worked fine except the picture on the TV was black and white I changed back to the old remote control and it made no difference still black and white no color if I operate the TV on its own not through the DVD player I get color ok it is only when playing the DVD player.
This has only happened when I first used the new remote it is the same model number as the old one I have tried all the different settings in the function menu makes no difference the new remote has caused my DVD player to only play in black and white have you any suggestions
