    Hi All

    any owners out there who can answer this, does the above player automaticaly upscale normal dvds or is there settings to do so as i cant find any

    Yes only from the HDMI component only functions to select BD resolutions
    If you only have Automatic showing in the hdmi menu it means the 10A may have a handshake problem, if so let me know and i will elaborate

    hi paul

    in component or hdmi i have them all showing upto 1080i and thats what my tv can handle

    im using hdmi so have set that to 1080i the picture looks excellent on sd so guess thats right

    is that right :thumbsup:

    Just ran double check, and my reply stands 10A does not upscale from component, only allows you to select BD resolution to suit (older displays) in order to have this work HDMI must be set to off in the 10A HDMI menu.
    All upscaling is available from HDMI subject to displays capability
