Panasonic Atmos Netflix issues

I recently posted a thread I was having problems getting Atmos on Netflix and Disney plus through the tv app on my Panasonic hz1000 I've now fixed this issue by doing a factory reset everything now works fine thanks to Panasonic support for there help

I have a 2021 Sony Bravia TV that supports dolby atmos, but none of the streaming services on the tv... netflix, prime, hbo max and disney do not show atmos on my Vizio Earc xsoundbar. Hdmi arc says dolby digital only. Wondering if a factor reset would work. been going round and round for a couple of months... no one can help.
